Pinkberry, the wildly popular frozen yogurt shop that was started in LA, opened the doors to its NY store just a couple months ago. Its subtly sweet, somewhat sour, yogurt comes in plain and green tea flavors and is meant to be mixed with a variety of toppings such as granola, captain crunch, kiwis, and raspberries. The brightly lit space is simple, modern and glows from the outside. I’ve gone three times this week and its only Tuesday– I understand why many of its loyal patrons have dubbed the frozen treat “crackberry”.
Personal favorite: Plain with fruity pebbles, strawberries, and blueberries.
